Our Enterprise Agreement was approved by the Fair Work Commission. It covers our centre employees, so you can be confident our pay and conditions are locked in.

- We value our people, so we pay more:
- Educators and Cooks receive at least 5% above the award rate.
- We pay Teachers on par with state primary schools. Graduate Teachers receive an $80,000 starting salary.
- Assistant Directors receive at least 7% above the award rate.
- We pay Centre Directors 12% above award.
- Tax benefits through salary packaging: A great way to pay for expenses with money from your salary before tax comes out. This reduces your taxable income. We partner with AccessPay for the service.
- Comprehensive leave entitlements: You'll get annual leave plus a broad range of other paid leave entitlements including:
- Personal / carer’s leave
- Six weeks paid parental leave
- Compassionate leave
- Community service leave
- Ceremonial leave
- Domestic violence leave
You may also be eligible for other types of leave, such as study leave and leave without pay.
