Goodstart wins silver at 2017 LearnX Impact Awards

Goodstart stories

Goodstart’s work to develop a training solution for centre teams has been recognised by winning silver at the 2017 LearnX Impact Awards.

The awards are an international program that recognise multiple fields within talent management across the corporate, education and public-service sectors.

They aim to shine a light on the talented teams involved and the enterprises that support them.

Goodstart’s entry, the Professional Capability eLearning Program, was chosen from a large pool of international submissions in the Behavioural Change category. The eLearning program was developed in collaboration with PulseLearning, a global learning solutions provider.

The focus of the award is programs which create behavioural change in employees using collaborative learning models, helping teams to transition to new behaviours and practices.

Goodstart’s Early Learning Capability national manager Lisa Palethorpe was thrilled at both the recognition and the outcomes of the project.

“The goal of the Professional Capability eLearning Program is to support Goodstart’s centre teams to deliver strong educational programs and practice that enable children to achieve the learning, development and wellbeing outcomes required for school and for life.

“The PulseLearning team ensured they understood our business and learner requirements in order to help us design and develop this award-winning blended training solution. It was a truly collaborative development process and we are thrilled to win this award.”

CEO of PulseLearning Jim Breen was equally pleased to see the dedication of both teams rewarded at the awards.

“We are honoured to receive this recognition for our partnership with Goodstart Early Learning. I am delighted to see our team’s hard work and commitment to clients marked with another fantastic accolade.”
