Goodstart's COVID-19 response has been recognised and we've been named the winner of the ‘Large Enterprise Health and Safety Excellence Award’, a national Australian Workplace Health and Safety Award.
Winning this award is something everyone at Goodstart can be proud of. It is a recognition of the extraordinary work every single Goodstarter has done throughout this pandemic to keep children, families and our teams safe.
Unlike many other safety challenges we have faced, there was no ‘playbook’ for an international pandemic. With very limited knowledge and guidance, our team moved quickly to ensure we had the very best possible information and resources from the very beginning of what was then known as ‘the coronavirus’.
Goodstart’s response to COVID-19 has set a standard not only in the Early Learning sector, but for all Australian companies and organisations – and this is because of the painstaking and on-going efforts of every Goodstarter.
