All our teacher offers are aligned to the Australian Professional Standards for Teachers, reflecting the career stages outlined by the standards.

Graduate and early career teachers

If you’re fresh out of Uni, you’ll experience the best possible start to your teaching career. 

Your centre team will ensure you engage with a dedicated teacher induction to help you find your feet. We will connect you with other early career teachers nationally and offer regular support through workshops tailored to your needs. 

We will also connect you with Senior Teachers who can support you to understand and implement new practice in your room.

Ready for registration?

When you’re ready, we will connect you with a mentor for your registration or accreditation journey. This will help ensure you meet the requirements set out by your state or territory.

Proficient and advanced teachers

For teachers who are experienced, we offer plenty of stretch and challenge.  You can regularly meet with other experienced teachers and leaders for professional debate and discussion. And you will be offered workshops tailored to your experience level and professional needs. 

For those keen to share their experience, there are secondment opportunities. These see you working off the floor with our early career teachers to guide and support their professional journey.
