About our centre

At Goodstart Hoppers Crossing Deloraine Drive, we believe that the early years of life are an important factor in who a child will become. We understand that each child is unique and learns at their own pace, and our educators will ensure that every child has the opportunity to experience success in their learning.

Our service has created a family friendly atmosphere and recognises the importance of creating a link between home and our childcare centre. Our centre educators work with the children and families to help incorporate an educational program that is developmentally stimulating, challenging and engaging, whilst ensuring a safe environment.

Our service caters for children aged six weeks to five years. The majority of our educators and families come from different cultural backgrounds including India, Asia and America. Many of our educators are bi-lingual. This allows us to explore and learn about other cultures and languages with the children.

We offer 2 years of kinder. That's two years of continued high-quality early learning, playing and making friends. Everything your child needs to feel ready for school.

We believe in a holistic approach to early learning education, with regular incursions including our sports program and Happy Feet joining us every week!

Our progressive meal times gives children choice when deciding if they are ready to eat or not. All of our meals are prepared on site by our qualified cook who uses tasty, fresh and nutritional ingredients and is alternated over a four week menu.

My son has been at Deloraine drive since Jan 2023. It is his second home, he settled in so well right from the beginning. The educators across the entire centre are so welcoming and nurturing, and really make my son feel that sense of belonging in his learning space. I can see the educators in his room really pay attention to his individual needs. This is displayed every day via their interactions with him at drop off and also delivered through the activities and learning displayed in the room throughout the day. I want to thank you all from the bottom of my heart for being my son’s ‘village’ and really listening to his voice and catering to his individual needs. Thank you for the quality care you provide every day.

My son started in the nursery room and now is in the Kinder room with the lovely teacher Raj, the relationships my son has built with the educators are valued and they have become part of my son’s family.
