My name is Sarah Chircop, and I have worked in the early learning sector for approximately 23 years.

I hold a Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care and have extensive experience working across all age groups and in a variety of support and leadership roles. This experience has strengthened my understanding of child development and the delivery of high-quality education and care in line with the National Quality Standard (NQS).

As Centre Director at Goodstart, I am committed to providing a service that meets and exceeds the expectations of the NQS. The safeguarding, health, safety and wellbeing of every child is my highest priority, and I am dedicated to ensuring our centre operates as a safe, inclusive, and supportive environment where children feel secure and valued.

I feel very privileged to lead and support a team of passionate educators and teachers. Through strong leadership, mentoring, and reflective practice, I encourage continuous professional growth and accountability. I believe empowered educators are essential to delivering consistent, high-quality outcomes for children and families.

I strongly believe that relationships are central to children’s learning and development, and the connections formed in the early years lay the foundation for lifelong learning. Through responsive, respectful interactions and intentional teaching, we support children’s learning in line with Quality Area 1 and foster a sense of belonging and inclusion.

Our preschool teachers are University qualified and provide a play-based learning program that will support your child in learning the skills for school and life.

With multi-child discounts and government funded Kindergarten/Preschool in some states, out-of-pocket costs could be even less than you think!

The above fees are effective from 7 July 2025 and are based on a 10 hour session, for attendance between 2 and 4 days per week. 5 day bookings receive a generous discount per day. Note that different combinations of sessions times and number of days can increase or decrease the daily rate.

* Estimates are calculated based on CCS rates as of January 2026, for an activity level of 72 activity hours on a 10hr session and a 3 day booking.
