Goodstart Riverside Gardens

Goodstart Early Learning Riverside Gardens is a welcoming centre located in an elevated position in the beautiful Riverside Gardens area, close to the river walkway, parklands, and retail precinct. We’re also close to public transport, the local hospital, university and army barracks.

We have a very spacious centre with seven rooms and three playgrounds. Our children love the open spaces and like to invent and explore in their environments while they are with us.

Our educators pride themselves on delivering a fun and educational learning experience for each child in our care and strive to provide the highest quality care at all times. Several of our educators have been with the centre for over 10 years, providing a very stable environment for the children. As well as experience and being dedicated to providing best outcomes for children, our educators are well-qualified with all our educators holding their Certificate III or Diploma in Children’s Services with some of our educators studying to further their qualifications.

Inside, all of the rooms - from Nursery to Kindergarten are all set up in line with an Early Years Learning Framework. Our environments provide the children with the autonomy to explore and ensure they have the chance to grow and develop through sensory and play-based learning.

Outside, our three playground spaces include age appropriate play spaces and equipment. Children especially love exploring in our outdoor areas.

We believe it is important for children to form secure relationships with educators in our centres. Key Educator Relationships provide that special bond for you and your child.

We have many special events planned throughout the year and our families enjoy coming together to help celebrate. We believe in strong reciprocal relationships with our children and with our families and love to maintain open communication ranging from daily interactions about their child’s day to newsletters, information nights, parent meetings and open days.

Our Storypark platform and centre Facebook page, enable us to stay in close contact with parents and families, ensuring open and clear communication.

We love to fundraise to support events and causes and have a special relationship with Ronald McDonald house. We support them by donating goodies, craft activities and some educators donate their own time.

We believe all children are individuals and develop at their own pace and are very committed to giving your children the very best start possible.
