• Children are guided to recognise, express, and manage their emotions through interactive strategies.

Exploring Language and Literacy

In preschool, language and literacy are core elements of the program. Currently, children are:

• Exploring the alphabet, with many already recognising the initial letters of their names and progressing to identifying additional letters.
• Engaging in activities designed to expand their vocabulary and comprehension skills.
• Participating in local school library visits, where they discover a love for books and build early literacy skills that will benefit them throughout life.

Learning Through Play

We understand the power of play as a tool for learning. The role play area is a particular favorite among children, with themes that change regularly to reflect their interests and needs. Recent themes include a school role play, helping children practice routines and scenarios they’ll encounter when they transition to school.
