In Person Interview: Successful candidates from the phone interview stage will progress to an in-person interview. You'll have the opportunity to meet the hiring manage, or Centre Director. Pre-employment Checks: As part of our process, pre-employment checks are mandatory for all new employees. These checks may include employment reference checks and verification of your qualifications. Offer of Employment and Onboarding: Congratulations! If you're selected, we'll extend a formal offer and initiate the onboarding process. You'll receive the formal offer and be able to submit all the necessary onboarding paperwork. Additionally, we'll provide you with a welcome pack to help you prepare for your first day.
