Online Application: Visit our website and explore the available roles. When applying for the first time, your Applicant Profile will be created automatically and will be your login for future updates and applications. Please take the time to prepare your resume, cover letter, and respond to the application questions.

Phone Interview: If your application stands out, our Talent Acquisition Team will invite you for a phone interview. This is your chance to showcase your qualifications, skills and motivation for the role. We'll ask you a few questions to learn more about you, and we encourage you to ask any queries you may have about the position or Goodstart.

In Person Interview: Successful candidates from the phone interview stage will progress to an in-person interview. You'll have the opportunity to meet the hiring manage, or Centre Director. This formal interview aims to delve deeper into your capabilities, experience, and achievements. We'll also provide more insights into the position and what it means to work at Goodstart.

Pre-employment Checks: As part of our process, pre-employment checks are mandatory for all new employees. These checks may include employment reference checks and verification of your qualifications. Offer of Employment and Onboarding: Congratulations! If you're selected, we'll extend a formal offer and initiate the onboarding process. You'll receive the formal offer and be able to submit all the necessary onboarding paperwork. Additionally, we'll provide you with a welcome pack to help you prepare for your first day.
