At our centre, we offer a nurturing and stimulating environment with five rooms ranging from Nursery to Kindergarten. At Goodstart Early Learning Calliope, we have two teachers Mr Matt and Miss Tanya who provide continuous support from Pre-Kindy through to Kindy. This allows your child to have a dedicated teacher for two years, ensuring they receive the best possible start to their school journey. Our engaging outdoor area features ample shading, natural plants, herb and vegetable gardens, and a separate veranda for junior children, allowing for seamless indoor/outdoor play.

Our team is passionate, caring, qualified and participate in professional development programs, and we provide a positive, safe, nurturing, and friendly environment.

Your out-of-pocket costs may be reduced if you’re eligible for the Child Care Subsidy, and we don’t charge you if your scheduled booked day falls on a public holiday.

Learning

Your centre has five separate and spacious age-based learning spaces, including a nursery, a toddler learning space, three-year-old and four-year-old and kindergarten. 
 
 In all our rooms, from Nursery to Kindergarten, our educational program and practices are set-up in line with the Early Years Learning Framework and the National Quality Standards. 

Through sensory and play-based learning we offer your child the highest level of early education, while supporting and promoting their individual needs, interests, and strengths.
 

The Team

Our Team is passionate, caring, qualified and participate in professional development programs. 

At Goodstart Calliope we have many long-standing educators; some have been with us for over a decade. 

We are a multicultural centre with bilingual staff. We have Chinese and Tagalog, speakers, which assists us in fostering a sense of belonging for families from similar cultural backgrounds.
 

Extras!

We use the Storypark app to send you stories, photos, videos, and messages while your child is at Goodstart.

To foster our relationship with our local community, we participate in community events and celebrations which also enrich the learning experience. 

At Goodstart your child will receive a hat, t-shirt, meals, and snacks (we supply nappies for your baby too.)
