Goodstart Collingwood Park

Goodstart Early Learning Child Care Centre Collingwood Park is a single room centre, who supporting children through their early years learning journey from 24 months to 5 years.
 
We are in the heart of the Collingwood Park community, conveniently located close to two local state schools and a shopping complex and is easily accessible via public transport.
 
Our unique learning space boasts a home like feel which supports all learning styles and interested. The single room is also a wonderful environment to support sibling relationships.
 
Our small size does not compromise our service and we provide interactive learning programs designed to promote your child's individual development in an enjoyable, play-based setting. We have a strong team of educators who have worked in the early learning industry for many years and are dedicated to the needs and education of each and every child.
 
Our Qualified Early Childhood Teacher offers a full Queensland Kindergarten program. The program engages out local community and support our children’s curiosity about the world around them.
 
Our play based, stimulating curriculum is based on the Early Years’ Learning Framework. Our programs are inspired by Reggio Emilia – learning through play and engagement with the local community. Each child’s individual interests, needs and strengths are respectfully included throughout the program to ensuring the children are ready to take the big step into schooling.
 
We pride ourselves on maintaining open communication with our families, and being such a small centre, are able to spend a great deal of time engaging in quality conversations.
 
This is made simpler through our intuitive Storypark platform, which enables us to maintain consistent and clear communications with families. That means we are better placed to support a child in their learning journey, ensure parents have peace of mind, and time stamp the children’s developments, milestones and achievements.
 
Each child also has a learning portfolio which we update throughout the year, detailing their individual learning journey.
 
Outside, we have a newly renovated play space which is carefully designed and planned spaces to encourage a stronger understanding of the environment and sustainability – while giving children the scope to explore, play and let their imaginations roam. With sandpit, swings, and a dry rock riverbed – the possibilities are endless.
