Goodstart Early Learning Child Care Centre Kallangur - Duffield Road East is located ten minutes from the M1 and walking distance to Kallangur Train Station which makes it easy for families commuting to work in the city. 

Our centre is wrapped in large natural playgrounds that provide age appropriate exploration and learning through play. Our very large playgrounds are one of our favourite parts of the centre! We are very fortunate to have lots of space that gives the children room to get outside and gain confidence in physical skills such as climbing, running and group games. In addition we are able to provide safe spaces for our littlest explorers to discover the natural world! There is something for every child in the outdoor area from sandpits to wooden boats, undercover areas, a tyre swing, veggie gardens, pergola, natural & manmade play surfaces and monkey bars.

We create a setting in which the children feel safe and supported by both their peers and their educators. We provide children and families with an atmosphere that is warm, welcoming, nurturing and enjoyable. We offer a safe and supportive environment where children are valued and encouraged to develop to their full potential. We believe all children have the right to be treated equally and with respect, regardless of race, language, ability or gender.

We provide an abundance of opportunities for self-discovery, supporting children’s individual needs, interests and abilities. Children are given opportunities to extend on their interests through play, and are given a sense of individuality within the centre. Through play experience and activities the centre will promote the development of fine motor skills, cognitive stimulation, language, social and emotional wellbeing and creative development.

We foster children’s development by motivating and inspiring children to be the best learners that they can be. We believe that children learn through play and need a balance of open ended commercial and natural resources to promote interactions, spontaneity, risk-taking, exploration, discovery and connection with nature.

At Goodstart Kallangur East we incorporate love and respect for our natural environment, and we offer a range of different materials for children to access and encourage reuse and recycle play. This is done through modelling sustainable practices within the centre.

Throughout our centre we encourage and value community involvement and strive to incorporate any input received within the centre. All feedback received becomes incorporated into the development and delivery of our educational programs.
