Welcome to Goodstart Early Learning Clearview

At Goodstart Clearview, we combine modern, purpose-built facilities with a warm, family-centred approach to early learning. Conveniently located on Hampstead Road, our centre is designed to inspire learning and support every child and family.

In 2024, our centre was proud to win the Goodie Award for Making a Difference, reflecting our ongoing commitment to nurturing a safe, inclusive, and empowering environment for every child.

What are our Centre environments like?

Spacious and Inviting Facilities: Our centre features six large learning spaces, two expansive outdoor yards, and a separate nursery sleep room, all designed with natural lighting and carefully placed play areas to create a welcoming, home-like environment.
Tailored Play-Based Learning: Guided by the Early Years Learning Framework, our curriculum is designed to nurture each child’s curiosity, creativity, and confidence through play-based, teacher-guided learning that adapts to their developmental stage and interests.
Outdoor Exploration and Active Play: Our two large outdoor yards offer children endless opportunities for active play, with natural elements and open-ended resources that help develop essential physical skills and foster a deeper connection with nature.

At Goodstart Clearview, our philosophy centres around the belief that every child is a unique individual with their own interests and strengths. We embrace a play-based learning approach that nurtures curiosity and creativity, allowing children to explore their world in meaningful ways.
We prioritise:
1. Holistic Development: Supporting cognitive, emotional, social, and physical growth through engaging and developmentally appropriate activities.
2. Family and Community Engagement: Building strong partnerships with families and the community to create a supportive network for each child.

Through our philosophy, we aim to create a safe, nurturing environment where children can thrive and become confident, capable learners.
Children need to feel safe and supported to learn and grow, so we promote key educator relationships between our educators and children. Your child will have at least one educator (their key educator) who takes them under their wing and really gets to know them.
Our Key Educator relationships help children form secure attachments. Educators work closely with smaller groups and individual children to better understand each child. These relationships lead to improved outcomes for children as we foster more communication between families and educators.
We inform families regularly about their child's progress and welcome family involvement in our centre events and activities.

We checked out a few centres and finally chose Goodstart Clearview. Our baby girl was quite unsettled with new place and routine at the beginning, but within less than 2 months, she has settled extremely well. Educators are patient and genuinely care about children, and this is what we love about the centre. We love to read all the little stories, festival celebrations, decorations, what she did with other children and educators during the day, and her feeding and nap schedule. Thanks for doing an amazing job and keeping our children safe and entertained. Highly recommended to any parent who is nervous about sending your baby to childcare, the educators will make you feel supported along the journey.

Centre Director

Hello, I’m Caitlin, and I’m the Centre Director at Goodstart Clearview. My journey in early childhood education began in 2010 when I completed my Certificate III and Diploma.

Over the years, I’ve developed a deep passion for the sector, and I am dedicated to ensuring every child gets the best possible start in life. Becoming a mother of two has further fueled my passion for early learning, offering me the unique opportunity to experience Goodstart from a parent's perspective.

Through my own experiences and watching my children, along with many others, form strong bonds with their key educators, I understand the importance of these relationships. This connection is reassuring for both children and families, and it’s something I strive to foster for every child and family I work with. I believe that open, honest communication is essential in creating a positive and supportive early learning experience.

At Goodstart Clearview, our vision is to help each child grow, explore, and build respectful relationships within a nurturing environment. I am excited to support your family as you begin or continue your early learning journey with us.
