Most of our team has been working together for around 10 years. We get to know everyone in the family, from the eldest siblings to the youngest, from when they come to us as babies and leave us to go to prep. We love that everyone gets to come back to visit us when their young siblings start, too.
We go on lots of excursions together like:
- Going to see the animals in the Melbourne Zoo.
- We visit our friends in aged care.
- The museum in Point Cook.
- The aquarium.
- Traffic school (road safety).
Children need to feel safe and supported to learn and grow, so we promote Key Educator relationships between our educators and children.  
Your child will have at least one Key Educator who takes them under their wing and really gets to know them. We keep families informed with regular updates on their child's progress and we welcome family involvement in our centre events and activities.

Hi, my name is Staci Ibrahim, and I am the Centre Director here at Goodstart Early Learning Point Cook Shaftsbury Boulevard.

Excited to Be Back!

For those who don’t know me, I’ve been away on maternity leave and returned in late March 2025. I’m super excited to be back, and I’d like to take a moment to reintroduce myself.

I’m excited to share that I have my Diploma in Early Childhood Education and have been working in this wonderful field since 2010! Over the years, I’ve had the privilege of experiencing many different roles, and I’m so proud to support a team of dedicated Early Learning Childhood Professionals. We are all passionate about delivering high-quality care and love connecting with children and their families to build those special relationships that matter so much!

Working with children is one of the most rewarding experiences, as there's nothing quite like witnessing their growth and being a part of their journey.
