I've dedicated 18 years to Early Childhood Education, working in different roles such as room leader and Assistant Director. Holding a Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care, I've recently completed my Bachelor of Early Childhood to deepen my understanding and skills in the field.

Being a parent, myself has heightened my appreciation for the importance of Early Years' services. It has underscored the realisation that each child in our care is someone's entire world. This profound understanding fuels my commitment to providing an exceptional early learning experience for every child.

I am an advocate for fostering strong communication and cultivating relationships with every child and their families to provide an exceptional early learning experience. My core belief lies in creating an educational environment that not only ensures the safety and well-being of children but also nurtures meaningful and positive connections. Everyone deserves to be heard, and I'm always here to listen and chat, recognising the importance of individual voices in shaping a supportive and inclusive learning community.

Within our team, we are comprised of dedicated and seasoned educators who bring a wealth of experience from their years in the early childhood industry. We take pride in our unwavering commitment to practices that promote inclusivity and responsiveness, striving to create an environment where children feel not only happy and engaged but also deeply connected to others, ensuring their overall well-being, and flourishing in an enriched setting.

When I’m not working you will find me spending time with my family, friends and playing netball.
