At Merrylands, you and your child can enjoy the best of both worlds. Our centre offers a preschool program and long day care under the one roof. Our preschool teachers are University qualified and provide a play-based learning program that will support your child in learning the skills for school and life.

We continually strive to ensure your child’s learning and development remains our top priority. Our centre combines a school readiness program in a long day care setting, offering a seamless learning experience for any preschool child.

Led by a university-qualified preschool teacher, we provide a play-based curriculum that focuses on developing key skills to support children for school and life.

We place a strong emphasis on literacy and numeracy in our environments as well as throughout our curriculum plans, helping your child build a solid foundation for their educational journey.

At Merrylands, child development and inclusion are at the heart of everything we do. We provide an individualised experience, ensuring the children gain what they need to succeed prior to their transition to school.

Through our ongoing sports and music programs, we also support creativity, physical development, and a love for learning in a fun and engaging way.

As we are a non-for-profit organisation, the children at Goodstart Merrylands engage in learning with external visitors including GrowFit, Cheeky Tunes, Healthy Harold and Koori Kinnections, to name a few.
