Goodstart Varsity Lakes

Goodstart Varsity Lakes is conveniently located next to Bond University, close to an array of local businesses and easily accessible from the local bus route. The Varsity Lakes community consists of university students and teachers, and caters to a large multi-cultural population. The centre has been operating in the area for over 10 years.

Our child care centre caters for children from six weeks to five years. Most of our families have been with the centre long-term, with children starting in the nursery and graduating from our Kindergarten room.

Goodstart Varsity Lakes has a family-friendly feel, with nurturing and qualified staff. Families love the consistency of long term staff, most of whom have worked at the centre for over a decade. All of our team members are either Diploma-qualified or working towards their qualification.

We understand that communication is important to families, and offer a range of different communication methods. In addition to verbal communication we maintain daily program books which describe in detail what children have done at the centre each day. A community noticeboard is also available for families to keep up-to-date with events and happenings at the centre. Families are encouraged to visit the centre any time throughout the day, and we love receiving feedback on any changes or improvements we could make to our service.

Goodstart Varsity Lakes run a kinder-funded program with a qualified Early Childhood Teacher, who works closely with the Varsity Primary School to provide children with the skills for starting school. Our Kindergarten children are also offered additional activities including Nikko Nikko Japanese classes and Kelly Sports.
