Goodstart Mildura Eleventh Street

Goodstart Early Learning Mildura is located near the local hospital, medical centres, primary schools, kinders, cafés, golf course, main shopping street and sporting complexes. 

We pride ourselves on providing high quality childcare. The atmosphere is warm and friendly and centre aesthetics are bright, colourful and informative, allowing us to promote our children’s creativity and skills. 

The centre's six rooms - Nursery to Kindergarten / Preschool - is beautifully decorated with the children’s artwork, displays, and a variety of experiences that foster diversity - all in line with the Early Years' Learning Framework curriculum.

Outside, we have age-appropriate play spaces and equipment, all geared to enhance the children’s awareness of their surrounds and the greater environment, as well as their understanding of the importance of sustainability. Our playgrounds have sandpits, bike tracks, veggie patches, fort, a balance of manmade and natural play surfaces and lots of shade.

We have a qualified cook who cooks fresh, healthy and nutritious meals for the children each day. The centre provides all meals during the day, including breakfast, morning tea, lunch, afternoon tea and a late snack. 

We believe that children learn through play and exploration. At the centre we encourage ownership and through our nurturing environment and developmental activities, we build upon each and every child’s self-esteem.

Our Storypark platform, as well as regular family nights and emailed newsletters, enable us to stay in close contact with parents and families, ensuring open and clear communication. This also means we can tailor each program to the child’s individual needs, interests and strengths – as well as the strong level of cultural diversity in our centre.

The centre has developed a calendar of events incorporating incursions, dress up days, cooking, drama and dance, information nights and a variety of special events that make each and every child’s time in the centre special.
