Goodstart Sunbury Bennett Court

Goodstart Early Learning Child Care Centre Sunbury - Bennett Court is close to primary schools and public transport. We are a purpose built child care centre with five rooms that cater for children from six weeks to five years of age. 

We have a team of well qualified, highly motivated educators, with many years of experience between them. We pride ourselves on offering stimulating, fun programs based on the Early Years Learning Framework which tailors learning in all developmental areas around each child's individual interests and needs. Colourful, stimulating surrounds ensure the children have the chance to grow and develop through sensory, play-based learning.

Our Storypark platform, as well as regular family nights and emailed newsletters, enable us to stay in close contact with parents and families, ensuring open and clear communication. This also means we can tailor each program to the child’s individual needs, interests and strengths – as well as the strong level of cultural diversity in our centre.

Outside, we have age appropriate play spaces and equipment, all geared to enhance the children’s awareness of their surrounds and the greater environment, as well as their understanding of the importance of sustainability. Our two playground areas have sandpits, a rabbit hutch, cubbyhouses, undercover areas beneath the verhandah, vege patch, worm farm and lots of shade.

Good nutrition is an area that is important to us, and we model healthy eating and the importance of this on a continual basis. We provide five meals a day, with a hot lunch each day. To make it easier on our families, we provide: nappies, sunscreen, linen and all meals.

Community is also important to us and through visits to the centre and participation in events and activities throughout the year we are able to enrich the learning experience. Art and music experiences are provided on a daily basis which allow the children to freely express their creativity.

Our families enjoy spending time at our centre and often stop by to read to the children or to have a game. We enjoy being part of our community and have many events throughout the year, including grandparent's day, story times, emergency services visits and many other exciting events.
