Goodstart Early Learning Child Care Centre Goulburn is in a quiet street, adjacent from the hospital and walking distance to the main street and local shops at Goulburn.

At Goodstart Early Learning Goulburn our educators take pride in providing an educational learning program that involves all children. We work hard to ensure there is high quality education and care provided for all children and we are very approachable to discuss any of your questions.

Our play based, stimulating curriculum is based on the Early Years’ Learning Framework and our rooms – from Nursery to Kindergarten / Preschool – are all geared with this in mind. Colourful, stimulating surrounds ensure the children have the chance to grow and develop through sensory, play-based learning; and we are focused on ensuring the children are ready to take that all important step up to school.
 
Our Storypark platform, as well as regular family nights and emailed newsletters, enable us to stay in close contact with parents and families, ensuring open and clear communication. This also means we can tailor each program to the child’s individual needs, interests and strengths – as well as the strong level of cultural diversity in our centre.

Outside, our playground areas are a balance of natural and manmade elements and play surfaces – with sandpits, verandahs, stage and deck areas, garden beds, vege patches, bike track and digging areas. We have carefully designed and planned spaces to encourage a stronger understanding of the environment and sustainability – while giving children the scope to explore, play and let their imaginations roam.
 
We also have a cook on premises five days a week and we provide breakfast, morning tea, lunch, afternoon tea and a late snack. The meals that we provide are healthy and nutritious and we also cater for children who have allergies to certain foods.

A major focus for our centre is how working with the broader community can help us enrich the children’s learning experience. Through visits to the centre as well as excursions and participation in community events, we are able to deepen the relationship between the centre and the community, while teaching the children about being a contributing and active member of society.

At Goodstart Early Learning Goulburn our families enjoy coming to special events and spending time with their children. Some events we hold in the child care centre are: Grandparents day, Pyjama day, Graduation day and Christmas parties, these are just a few of many times you can come and enjoy the child care experience.
